If you want them for looks I'd say that's okay, but don't expect miraculous performance just because you switched to them.
Also I would never use the el cheapo stuff for track use as you are risking quite a bit your car, injury, your life if your cheap eBay parts should fail, lol.
If anything, I would say the best thing you can do when buying replacement rotors is to buy cryo treated ones, whether they are drilled, slotted, or just plain rotors.
